Director

The Director Stations allows for an overview of the event statistics, messaging to app users, text mobile users, and access emergency contact information for athletes/organizations.

  • Event Statistics - The Director Station allows for users to see an overview of Completed Registrations, Completed Weigh-Ins, Trailers Checked-In, Trailers Located, Volunteer Check in


  • Messaging Features - The messaging features in the Director Station allows staff to relay important information to event participants and app users (if applicable).  Note: The texts will only be delivered to registered users with confirmed mobile numbers. To send a message/alert to app or mobile users select the method of communication. 


Fill out the message field in the box that appears.  Hit ‘Send’ to push the message out to users.

  • Emergency Contacts - Emergency contact information for competitors and organizations is available in the Director’s Dashboard.  The emergency contact information is pulled from the competitor waiver, viewable by typing in the name (Last Name, First Name) of the individual, which will display emergency contact information as well as organization contact information.  By typing in the name of an organization, a list of associated contacts will be displayed.

  • Show Exceptions This button allows a user with access to the Director station to view a list of any exceptions that were made at the registration station - i.e athlete substituted that does not have the age, gender, weight requirements
