  1. Go to RegattaCentral and Log in.
  2. Click on 'overviewOverview' under the regattainformation section.
  3. Click on the lower 'Event List' in the menu on the left of the page.Click Edit' tab of the two that appear.
  4. Scroll to the 'Price Models' table and click on the 'Edit' tab.Click on the name of the event shell type that you want to edit the fees for. In the window that pops up click on the 'Fees' tab.
  5. Change the 'Alternate Fee' box to reflect the amount that you want special clubs to pay. You can also configure these fees when you first create the events for the regatta.Image Removed

  6. Click 'OKSave'
  7. Click on 'Quick Links' under Staff in the left-hand menu.
  8. Click on the link for 'Teams with Special Entry Fees'
  9. Start typing in the name of a team you want to receive the alternate price. A drop-down menu will appear with names for you to choose from. Click the correct one.

  10. Click 'Submit'
  11. The team should now appear in the right box entitled 'Teams receiving Discount'. You can add as many clubs as you want to receive the Alternate Fees that you indicate in the Event List editor for each event.
