To submit an entry you need to get to the My Entries page.

  • To do this you can go to RegattaCentral, login to your account, find the regatta you want to submit entries for, and click "register" next to the affiliation you want to register with (help with that located here).
  • Alternatively you can find the regatta by clicking on it in the list of regattas located in the Regattas tab. Once you are on the regatta's page, click on "Registration Form" in the menu on the left side of your screen (you will be prompted to login if you have not done so already). Select your affiliation and fill out the contact information then hit "Save." It may take you to a list of events from which you can click "Submit Entry" or click on My Entries in the menu on the left.

Overview

The term "composite entry" is used to describe any boat which represents more than one team or club; each rower's affiliation (team, club, organization, etc.) must be indicated on the entry form.

Instructions: Submitting a Composite Entry

  1. Login using the 'Login' at the top of the RegattaCentral homepage.
     
    1. If you do not have an account follow the instructions in 'How to Create an Account' above.

  2. Click the 'add regatta' link located in the 'Regatta Calendar & Entries' box on the left side of your screen.

    1. Click on the 'Select a Regatta' search bar; find and select the regatta you wish to register for.

    2.  If you wish to opt out of any regatta-related emails, uncheck one or more of the checked boxes on the left-hand side.

    3. Click 'Add Regatta'
  3. Click on the 'register' link underneath the name of the regatta you wish to register for. 
    1. Click here for directions if you wish to register under an affiliation that is not yet listed

  4. This will bring you to the Registration Form section. Enter or confirm your contact information, fill out any empty fields or dropdowns under 'Additional Information and Options' and click 'Next' 
    1. If your affiliation is not auto-populated under the 'Club' drop down you can search for a new club or add it to your account via the instructions on the Adding Affiliation Page

  5. Click the 'Submit Entry' link for the desired event

  6. Read through the information under Eligibility & Requirements to ensure that the entry will be compliant

  7. Add additional affiliation(s) using the 'Add Club/Team...' link in the Entry Description box
    1. Add all clubs/teams that will be represented by members of the crew

  8. Enter each athlete into their seat, then select the correct Affiliation for each athlete using the drop-down menu to the right of their name

    1. This list will be populated with the teams listed in the Entry Description box
