RegattaCentral's Quick Links for regatta staff allow you to email a variety of people without having to enter the email addresses by hand.

Note: This page is for regatta organizers who have staff access to their regatta.

Directions for Emailing Entrants

  1. Go to RegattaCentral and Log In.
  2. Click on staff under the regatta in your calendar. This takes you to our Staff Quick Links page.
  3. Decide who you want to email and click on the link.
    1. Clicking on 'Entrants' will send an email to everyone who has submitted an entry.
    2. Clicking on 'Waitlistees' sends an email to people who have entries on the waitlist.
    3. Clicking on 'Everyone' will send an email to everyone who has added the regatta to their RegattaCentral calendar.
  4. The window that pops up allows you to select an email address from the ones on file for people to reply to. You can fill in the Subject line then type your message in the space provided. Click 'OK' when you are done.
  5. Your email has been sent.

    Use the links in the Data Files section to export contact lists into Excel files. You can download contact information for people who have submitted entries, or for people who have only completed the registration form.
